Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. All garments must be inspected before decorating. All sales are final. No returns accepted without our written authorization and sticker on carton. All returned merchandise must be in its original factory polybag and is subject to a 15% restocking fee (add 10% for free freight orders), plus freight and COD charges if applicable.
Free Freight offered on ALL orders over $175 NET of regular priced merchandise. Orders will ship standard UPS ground and/or truck in the CONTINENTAL USA. Blue Generation reserves the right to select carrier. Offer excludes sale items, web specials & samples. Pants are shipped from a different facility, must be ordered separately and over $175 to qualify (not combined with other items). Orders requiring expedited delivery or COD are available at standard charges. A single $3.95 handling charge is applied to each free freight order.
